Make iPhone-compatible

Some videos (VP9, AV1, WebM, MKV) won't play on iPhone. Re-encoding fixes that. It uses a fast setting for this small server, so files come out a bit larger, but long or HD videos can still take several minutes. Videos are capped at 1080p.

Cookies come from a logged-in desktop browser (Mac/PC), exported with the “Get cookies.txt LOCALLY” extension. iPhone Safari can't export them, so you'll need a computer once; after that you can paste or upload the file here on your iPhone.
Cookies give access to that account, and Instagram, Facebook, X and YouTube may flag accounts used this way. Use a throwaway account where you can, and never your main Google account for YouTube.
